Bicycle Directions

Hop on your fixy, plop into your recumbent, dust off your Schwinn, grab your partner and saddle up your tandem, or totter on in on your unicycle. No matter what your pedal preference, we here at Blue Moon Camera and Machine support your fully mechanical method of transportation and we appreciate your efforts to keep our city safer, cleaner and even more photogenic!

The best route from Downtown is described below:

From Tom McCall Waterfront Park, cross the Steel Bridge Pedestrian Bridge and head towards the Rose Quarter Transit Center via the bike and pedestrian path which connects to NE Wheeler Ave

Follow N Wheeler Ave past the Rose Quarter and take a right onto Williams Ave.

Stay on Williams for about 2 miles until you take a left on NE Ainsworth St

Follow Ainsworth for about a mile, then take a right onto N Willimette Blvd

N Willamette Blvd curves around the Willamette Bluff for 1.5 miles until it takes a hard right at the University of Portland. (Be sure to look about on this stretch or you'll miss some gorgeous views of Mt. Hood, Forest Park and Downtown Portland.)

Continue on N Willamette Blvd for another 2 miles until you reach N Richmond Ave.  Take a right.

Take a left onto N Ivanhoe St, then right onto N John Ave and finally a left onto N  Lombard St

Look for the Blue Building on your Right. You're here!

The ride is about 8.5 miles and takes around 45 minutes
