Famously featured in the 1981 James Bond film "For Your Eyes Only," the
Tasco 7800 Binocular cameras have acquired a bit of a cult following. The camera itself is essentially just binoculars fitted to a 110 camera; you look through the binocular lenses
while the camera uses a third lens for its photography. The camera features
adjustable aperture control, a fixed shutter speed of 1/125th of a
second, and requires standard 110 film cartridges.

Tasco 7800 Binoculars 110 Camera
Are they binoculars or are they a camera? Are you a photographer or a highly trained international spy? Is this little machine... for your eyes only??
Cash Kasper shared this fantastic Tasco 7800 binocular camera with us on a visit he made after becoming acquainted with our shop via Instagram. The platform has introduced us to some really fascinating individuals and their cameras. We love when these visits happen. It's always nice to meet the faces behind the screen names and the photographers behind the faces.
The Tasco 7800 is a 110 film camera that was on the market between 1977 and 1981 and, as alluded to, was used by Roger Moore in the Bond film For Your Eyes Only. The camera portion actually has its own 112mm lens that is coupled to the binocular lenses, giving this camera its triclops appearance. The camera has a single 1/125th shutter speed, but you do have adjustable apertures ranging from f/5.6-f/22.
