The Zeiss Ikon Baldur Box cameras are your basic box camera, as produced by Zeiss Ikon. There are two varieties of the Baldur. The first version is referred to as the Baldur Box 51 and produced 16 6x4.5cm images per roll of BII film (aka 120). The second version is identified as the Baldur Box 51/2 and exposed 8 6x9cm images per roll. Both versions were produced simultaneously from 1933 to 1936. Both versions also feature a Goerz Frontar 115mm f/11 lens and a simple shutter that fires at about 1/30th of a second. The camera features a Time mode for the shutter as well.
