A distant sibling to Kodak Gold 200, ColorPlus has the distinction of being one of the least expensive color films a photographer can buy. However, it is more than just a cheap film. Kodak ColorPlus is an underrated emulsion that is a solid, jack-of-all-trades film. Though it may not reach the heights of excellence of a Portra or Ektar, it dose fill many niches in between and it is a great "carry everywhere, all the time" film. It has a bit of an old school feel to its color palette, a gentle contrast, and moderately good latitude. It has less grain and more sharpness than you would likely expect.
