Hoya NXT Plus UV filters are high quality UV filters perfect for standard use and always having on your lens for protection. In addition to their protective qualities, UV filters also work to reduce UV haze providing images with better contrast and color. Hoya NXT Plus filters are made from highly polished Schott B270 glass. They have 10 layers of Hoya's patented AR (anti-reflection) coating that allows for 98% light transmission.
The Hoya NXT Plus UV filter upgrades the earlier NXT filters by adding a waterproof coating atop the filters other coatings.
This is a 49mm filter with both front and rear threads.
