The Heliopan KR1.5 Skylight Filter has a slightly warm color tint to balance the blue tint seen in landscapes on sunny days. It is a helpful filter that can be used in place of the standard UV filter.
Heliopan filters are extremely high quality, German-made filters designed to be used on the best of lenses. If you have that sweet dream lens, there are few better filters to have on the front of it than a Heliopan!
This filter has a Bay 50 filter ring, making it compatible with earlier Carl Zeiss lenses for the Hasselblad 500 series medium format camera, such as the Carl Zeiss 80mm f2.8 Planar C lens that is commonly found as the standard lens on the Hasselblad 500C and 500C/M.
