This MR-9 battery adapter is designed to allow the use of a 1.5v SR43 (or SR44 in some cases) battery in cameras and light meters originally designed for 1.3v PX625 and PX13 mercury batteries. The adapter contains a simple circuit which reduces the voltage of 1.5v silver oxide batteries to the appropriate 1.3v.  This adapter should only be used with silver oxide batteries, alkaline batteries may produce inconsistent or inaccurate results.

The kit includes an MR-9 adapter and one SR43 1.5v battery.
