The Argus Super Seventy-Five is an improved version of the previous Argoflex Seventy-Five camera.  It is a psuedo-TLR that uses 620 film.  The Super Seventy-Five has a coated Argus 65mm f8 Lumar lens that can be manually focused.  The camera also as adjustable apertures of f8, f11 and f16.  It features to shutter modes: Instant and Time.

The shutter on this camera does not fire when the aperture is set to f11.  Both f8 and f16 are working.
