The Minolta 35mm f2.8 W. Rokkor-HG MC lens is an MC-mount lens appropriate for the Minolta SRT series and earlier cameras. It is a handy wide angle lens that offers an expanded field of view compared to the standard 50mm lens but doesn't feel as wide as the 28mm. Some photographers, especially street photographers, prefer having a 35mm lens on their cameras all the time instead of the usual 50mm. This lens has a 55mm filter thread.
This lens will also work with later Minolta cameras (such as the X-700), but without Shutter Priority or Program modes.
