The Omega B-600 is a compact enlarger perfect for the home darkroom. It was designed as a fully functional home enlarger with a lower price point. As such it is a great enlarger for photographers on a budget. It is simple, easy to learn and use, and easy to maintain and keep running over a long lifespan. The B-600 can handle up to 6x6cm (2 1/4 by 2 1/4 inch) negatives but negative carriers for 35mm, Minox, 110 and 6x4.5cm can also be found. The B-600 does not require a lens board and can thread any enlarger lens with a 39mm thread into the base of the head for printing purposes. This enlarger typically uses a PH140 lamp.
