This Yashica 44 LM is a twin lens reflex camera designed to produce 12 4x4cm images on 127 roll film. It utilizes a Yashinon 60mm f3.5 taking lens. The camera features fully manual aperture and shutter speed settings, a self-timer, built-in selenium cell light meter, and a PC sync socket.

This camera's light meter is accurate and the camera comes with its original case, strap, lens cap, and the shutter has been overhauled.

The cameras were introduced by Yashica to the Japanese market in 1958.
