The Nikon F-36 Motor Drive is the first motor drive Nikon made for their 35mm SLR cameras. It is meant to fit on a Nikon F that has been modified to accept it. Once mounted on the F, the F-36 offers motorized firing and advancement of film at varying speeds. The F-36 can shoot at rates of 2 fps (L setting), 2.5 fps (M1 setting), 3 fps (M2 setting) or 4 fps (H setting with reflex mirror locked up). Power to the F-36 can be supplied by an external 12-volt pack holding eight C-cell batteries or by an optional grip holding AA batteries.
This motor drive does not include any battery packs nor connector cables. It is untested. It will only fit a Nikon F that has been modified to accept it.
