This is the Nikon Nippon Kogaku multi-focal length accessory viewfinder for rangefinder cameras that do not accommodate non-standard focal lengths in their viewfinders.  This finder has settings for 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, 105mm, and 135mm.  Additionally it can be set at intermediate positions to simulate other focal lengths between 35mm and 135mm. 

This is the Model 2L version of this finder. This Varifocal finder comes with its original case.
