The Olympus Pen EE was introduced in 1959 and was the world's first fully automated 35mm half frame camera. The Pen EE has a built-in selenium cell light meter that regulates both aperture and shutter speed selections, providing automatic exposure. The Pen EE uses a simple distance scale for manual focusing. It has a 3cm (30mm) f2.8 D. Zuiko lens. With a standard roll of 36 exposure film, the Pen EE is capable of making 72 18x24mm frames on a roll.
