The Minox GT-E is one of the smallest full-frame 35mm cameras ever built. It features a fixed 35mm f2.8 MC Minoxar lens with manual aperture and focus control (to 0.7m). The camera has no focusing mechanism, instead relying on scale or "zone" focus. The GT-E is an aperture priority camera, meaning that it selects the appropriate shutter speed to pair with any given aperture. The shutter has a maximum shutter speed of 1/500th. Other features include a self timer, backlight compensation, a hot shoe, and cable release socket. When not in use, the front cover folds over the lens and viewfinder to protect the optics.
