The Ricoh KR-10 Super is a 35mm single lens reflex film camera designed to accept Pentax K mount lenses. The KR-10 Super is a versatile SLR camera well suited for students or beginning photographers. The camera uses a standard focal plane shutter with speeds ranging from 16s to 1/1000. It has a built-in TTL center weighted light meter and is capable of both metered manual and Aperture Priority auto exposure modes (Pentax PK-A lenses required for automatic exposure). The KR-10 Super has an adjustable ISO range of 12-3200. An electronic hot shoe provides flash sync with a maximum sync speed of 1/125.
The KR-10 Super was released in 1983 as an upgrade on the previous KR-10 model. It expanded the slow shutter speeds down to the current 16s (from 4s on the KR-10) and replaced the previous camera's mechanical self-timer with an electronic self-timer.
The camera requires two SR44/76PX/357 batteries to operate all functions.
