The BH-1 ball head by Kirk Enterprises is a heavy duty, rugged tripod ball head capable of supporting large and heavy cameras or lenses. The head is designed to hold loads up to 50 lbs, making it a great fit for large format photographers or wildlife photographers with extremely large telephoto lenses. The BH-1 head features a quick release clamp compatible with Arca Swiss style QR plates. It also has dual locking knobs for releasing tension on the main ball and for controlling pan rotation.  A third knob allows fine tune adjusting of ball friction.
