The Eastman No.4 Folding Kodak camera is a 20th century (1890s) satchel-style large format camera. The No.4 was designed to work with either 4x5 inch glass plates or large format roll film. The camera is stored and carried in a leather-covered wood box and folds out via a hinged drop bed for use.
This camera is being sold as a collectible only. We don't doubt that a dedicated enthusiast could put this No. 4 to use but it would take a bit of work. The shutter is very sticky and the hinged top cover has come loose from the camera.
