This Edelkrone FlexTilt Head 2 is a highly adjustable tripod head with a unique "Z-shaped" tilting mechanism. By attaching a camera to the tripod head, it can be raised and angled in a variety of configurations allowing for easier positioning of cameras or video cameras in unconventional angles. This head can be particularly useful when mounted to tripod legs set up to photograph from low-angle ground shots. It also has applicable uses in macro photography. The FlexTilt head attaches to a tripod via the standard 3/8 16 threaded mount, but this can also be swapped out for the smaller 1/4-20 threaded mount. All hinge joints can have tension adjusted separately and easily with hex wrenches. Finally, this head is capable of standing on its own and can be used as a small, tabletop tripod. When not in use it collapses up quite flat and is super easy to store in a bag.
