The Hasselblad 1000F is one of the very first models of Hasselblad medium format SLR cameras put to market, preceding even the famous 500C. The 1000F has a focal plane shutter and uses barrel lenses that have a mount which only fits these 1000-series bodies. Film magazines and finders can be interchanged, along with the lenses, making this an early system camera.
This kit includes:
Hasselblad 1000F camera body (shutter does not open at 1/1000, slow speeds sluggish) with waist level finder
Zeiss 80mm f2.8 Tessar lens (the front element has heavy marking / coating loss)
Hasselblad 120 film back (working)
An original Hasselblad leather camera strap
The camera, lens, and film back have been film tested with multiple rolls. Frame spacing looks good. Shutter speeds 1/50th - 1/500th are consistent and fairly accurate. Due to the age and general unreliability of the focal plane shutter, as well as lack of good repair option, this kit is being sold as-is without a warranty.
