This Canon 55mm f1.2 SSC FD is an ultra-fast prime lens with a standard 50mm focal length. This lens is a master at collecting light, even in dim situations, with its fast f1.2 max aperture. Not only is this a great lens for lowlight conditions, it will deliver razor thin depths of field that will give you tons of bokeh while isolating subject matter beautifully.
This lens has the Canon FD mount and as such is appropriate for Canon 35mm SLR cameras that use FD lenses. It is backward compatible with Canon FL cameras as well.
