The Really Right Stuff Versa TVC-3X tripod is a high-end, professional-grade, carbon fiber tripod designed for extreme use, versatility and reliability. It's key feature is perhaps the interchangeable apex platform. Using RRS' patented SureGripTM apex lock mechanism, the photographer is able to change out the platform at the apex of the tripod legs. Options include a standard center column, a leveling base, or a video bowl. The Versa TVC-3X also features self-retracting leg angle stops, has a leg angle range as flat as 90° for low angle photography, air-cushioned twist-lock 3-sectioned legs and is made entirely in the USA.
This Versa TVC-3X is the first version of Really Right Stuff's vaunted tripod line. It includes a heavy duty BH-55 ball head and has the self-leveling base apex platform. It also comes with the original apex platform (no center column) and a RRS storage bag.
