This Plaubel Makina is a strut-folding 6x9cm medium format camera.
This camera has a non-functioning rangefinder and is in overall rough shape. It should be seen as a project or collectible camera. It comes with a 6x9cm roll film back.
This camera's lens is a 10cm f2.9 and has some minor haze that might affect image quality.
The bellows appear to be OK - no notable holes on the outside.
The leatherette is all present, and has wear - again - "consistent with age".
The
shutter is active - shutter sticks at all speeds other than 1/100, 1/50. Shutter dial is very stiff.
This camera does not lock into place when folded.
This Plaubel falls into the category of "too cool to not sell" but is very much a collectable or a project camera.
