This camera is a Leica copy (otherwise known as a knock-off) made by FED, which was a company operating in the Ukraine during the 20th century. Because there were no patent protections for Leica cameras and other well-known manufacturers, Soviet companies produced many copies of well known cameras which were marketed to photographers who wanted high-end cameras at lower price points.
This particular camera is brown "snakeskin" with brass/gold metal components. It has a "Leitz Elmar" 50mm f3.5 Lens, and shutter speeds ranging from 1/25th to 1/500th and Bulb.
