The Pentax MG camera is a manual focus, lower cost 35mm counterpart to the Pentax ME. It accepts lenses which use the Pentax K mount. It does not have fully manual exposure capabilities: instead, the camera uses automatic "aperture priority" settings to choose the appropriate shutter speed based on the manually chosen aperture along with available light. This camera also has a failsafe 1/100th mode which can be used if the battery dies, as well as bulb mode.
