The Aristo Model D2 is a cold light head for darkroom enlargers. It provides a softer, more diffuse illumination that offers a flatter contrast curve (helping reduce the need to dodge and burn) while also reducing the visibility of dust and scratches in final prints.

The Aristo Model D2 is designed to fit Omega D-series enlargers, but can also be used on Beseler 4x5 enlargers with an adapter (not included).

This cold light head is missing its diffusion screen/panel.  While easy to replace (a piece of frosted plastic will do the job) it is an essential component to the proper operation of this head.
