This Hanimex-Praktica 500mm f8 Mirror Lens is designed to fit cameras with the M42 screw mount such as the Pentax Spotmatic. Mirror lenses are extremely compact because rather than having a series of glass optics to achieve its focal length they use mirrors. These lenses have fixed apertures and create a unique out of focus area due to the lens having a mirror in its center.

This lens comes with a tripod mount collar, metal hood, case, and one drop-in filter.
