The Quantaray 50mm f2.8 Macro Tech 10 is a compact, autofocus macro lens with extreme close focusing capabilities. It's biggest feature is its ability to achieve a 1:1 macro magnification at its closest focusing distance of 18.8cm (7.44in). In addition it has decently fast autofocusing speeds and a two-setting focus limiter switch. It is known for being a sharp and high contrast lens designed to make the macro photos really pop.
This lens has the Minolta Maxxum (Sony A) lens mount and will work with Minolta autofocus SLR and Sony DSLR cameras that use the Maxxum/Sony A lens mount.
