The Canon 85mm f1.8 is a portrait telephoto lens with an ultra-fast f1.8 maximum aperture.  This is a wonderful lens for portraiture as the fast max aperture easily isolates features and blurs backgrounds.  

This lens was originally made in a Canon FD mount, but has been adapted for use on cameras which use the Canon EF mount. This lens will not autofocus.

This lens has a 52mm filter thread.
