The Reality So Subtle 6x12 is a medium format pinhole camera designed and built by Irish pinhole camera designer James Guerin. It produces six 6x12cm images on a roll of 120 film. It has finely made, precise pinholes that render incredibly sharp images despite the lack of a glass optic. The Reality So Subtle 6x12F has a curved film plane that prevents exposure fall off at the left and right edges of the image, allowing even exposure across the entire panoramic frame.
The Reality So Subtle 6x12 Dual Pinhole has two pinholes. One is centered in the body of the camera for standard fields of view. A second pinhole is located above the centered pinhole, allowing the camera's field of view to be directed upward without tilting the camera. This effectively recreates the "rise" feature of large format cameras and allows for the elimination of converging vertical lines. It also allows the horizon line to be moved from the center of the frame without tilting the camera, which would cause it to bow due to the curved film plane.
It has an effective aperture of f200 and a 60mm focal length with a field of view of 120 degrees.
