This small rangefinder accessory was made by Voigtlander in the 1950's to assist photographers with focusing their cameras. It attaches to the accessory/hot shoe of a camera and provides uncoupled rangefinding. Distances are calculated on the accessory and then transferred manually to the camera lens.
