This Graflex Speed Graphic 4x5 is a large format press camera that was made by the American camera manufacturer Graflex for over 60 years. The Speed Graphic has a built-in focal plane shutter capable of shooting at 1/1000th of a second.
This C-3 version is a military model of the Speed Graphic which was produced between 1940-1947. The kit originally came as part of a PH-47-E kit with a wooden tripod and a fiber carrying case. It pre-dates the anniversary model but is very similar.
This model has the spring back and a side-mounted rangefinder.
