This Nikon 28mm f3.5 PC-Nikkor is a wide angle perspective control lens that has shift movements designed for photographing architecture. It is a successor to the earlier 28mm f4 PC-Nikkor. Like that lens, it has a maximum displacement of 11mm in 12 steps from the optical axis at 30° increments all the way around the optical axis, which allows correction of both horizontal and vertical lines.
This lens has a non-specific Nikon F mount, it will work on Non-AI, AI, and AIS mount cameras but has no way of coupling with the camera body meaning stop down metering is required through the camera.
This lens has a 72mm filter thread.
