The Kiev 88 is a Soviet-made medium format SLR camera that resembles the Hasselblad 500 system. The Kiev 88 features interchangeable lenses, finders and film backs. The standard film back makes 12 6x6cm frames per roll of 120 film. The camera features a mechanical focal plane shutter with a top speed of 1/1000th. The camera body does not include a meter, but metered prisms can be attached to facilitate TTL metering.
This camera is being sold AS IS and without warranty. It has been moderately checked and tested. It has NOT been film tested for frame spacing or light leaks.
The top shutter speed of 1/1000 is not working and 1/500 is somewhat unreliable too. Speeds between 1/250-1/2 seem fine.
