The Sekonic Auto-Leader L-188 is a handheld light meter designed to measure reflected light.  It has a simple control scheme where ASA/ISO is first set via wheel within the main dial, the measuring button is depressed and then the main dial is rotated to match the meter's needles.  Aperture and shutter speed combinations, as well as EV value, can then be easily read on the face of the meter dial.
