The Yashica Dental Eye III is a 35mm SLR with a non-interchangeable 100mm f4 macro lens capable of 1:1 reproductions. The lens has a built-in strobe unit for illuminating subjects. That camera has very basic controls, mostly for controlling flash modes and exposure compensation (+/-1 stop) and operates in a program exposure mode at all times. As its name implies, this camera was popular with dentists who needed extreme close up photography of patients teeth and gums, but you do not have to be dentist to enjoy the macro capabilities of the Yashica Dental-Eye III.
