This is a contact sheet hand-printed in the darkroom.
It may be used to proof negatives and can include as many as will fit on an 8x10" sheet of paper.
For contact prints from individual negatives, please refer to the BW darkroom enlargement options.
No printing method will ever match the glory and profound beauty of a hand-crafted "wet" print. Our darkroom prints are tray-processed and finished completely by hand.
Every one of our black and white darkroom prints is produced to meet HABS photography guidelines, as required by the Library of Congress. This criteria is the gold standard for archivability in printed materials.
We offer this on either Ilford RC Glossy or Pearl paper; in the absence of a special request, we typically default to the Pearl surface.
