The Minolta 21mm f2.8 MC W.Rokkor-X is an ultra wide angle, manual focus lens designed for Minolta 35mm SLR cameras. This super wide lens is wonderful for scenes in need of a dramatically broader field of view, such as landscapes, cityscapes, or architecture. Due to its wide angle nature and ability to focus very close, lenses like a 21mm are also often used to produce dramatic images in skateboard photography.
This lens has the MC variant of the Minolta SR mount. It is compatible on all Minolta cameras using MC or MD lenses, but will not work with all automatic metering functions on the later MD cameras.
