Rollei Retro 80S is an 80 ISO black and white negative film produced by Maco Direct in Germany under the Rollei brand name. The film is noted for its high contrast, fine grain and extended red sensitivity. With proper filters it can be used as a true infrared film, or it can be used unfiltered for dramatic panchromatic images.
Caution: This film is commonly known for producing a mottled effect seen on the developed negatives due to an interaction between the backing paper and film emulsion. This film should be treated as experimental.
