The Holga 120CFN is the companion camera of the more basic 120N and 120FN models. It features the same basic controls as those two cameras: single shutter speed (plus bulb), very limited aperture control, zone focusing lens, tripod socket, choice between 6x6cm or 6x4.5cm negative masks, and easy multiple exposure. Like the 120FN, the 120CFN did away with the camera's hot shoe in favor of a built-in flash, powered by two AA batteries. Above and beyond the 120FN, the 120CFN added a wheel of colored filter gels inside the flash that can be turned via a knob atop the camera, allowing the user to have a red, yellow, or blue tinted flash, as well as a standard white flash.
The Holga 120CFN was in production for several years but was discontinued when the majority of the Holga line ceased production in 2015. A glass-lensed version, called the 120GCFN, can also be found on the market and produces images of slightly higher quality.

All Holgas We Had
It can be downright puzzling how many different Holga cameras we've had in stock at one point or another...
Holga 120CFN on a Croatian Vacation
Blue Moon Camera alumni Katt Merilo sends us a Holga selfie over Dubrovnik. If she's holding the camera, but taking a picture of the camera, then it's a selfie of the camera, right?
Dismiss the Holga at your own risk for they make excellent travel cameras. They are small, lightweight, cheap and if they fail you usually just need a screwdriver and some oil to get them working again. Plus there is something about how they and a roll of black and white film capture old cities like this. Every photographer's travel kit ought to include a Holga.
