Fomapan 400 is the fastest film in the Fomapan family. Made by Foma Bohemia in the Czech Republic, this film has long been prized for its inexpensive retail prices, making it attractive to students and photographers on a budget. Hidden behind that low price is a unique film that combines the look of a classic cubic grain pattern with a unique spectral sensitivity and slight halation around the highlights. All of these characteristics combine in Fomapan 400 to produce a look quite distinct from most other traditional black and white films.
