Breathing New Life Into Old Film
Our recovery processes are specialized to give you the best chance at getting negatives from those rolls of film that were shot 20 or more years ago and tucked away in a drawer, lost until now. For these films we have a custom process designed to help mitigate the effects of aging. While every old roll of film has a different story, and we can never promise success, our recovery process will help give your film a fighting chance of developing scannable or printable negatives.
Yes! We do process Kodachrome films. No! We cannot process them in the original K-14 chemistry that produced color slides. We offer a b&w developing process for old Kodachrome films that gets you B&W negatives of this obsolete film type.
Similarly, we can process C-22, the precursor to C-41, in a B&W process that results in black and white negatives. In our experience this is the best option for getting images off very old color film.
