Digitize Old Photos
We often have customers with family archives of old photos but are no longer in possession of the original film negatives. In these cases we offer direct print scan services for digitizing photos. For prints smaller than 8x10 we use an Epson flatbed scanner to digitally scan your photos. With prints larger than 8x10 we usually digitally photograph the print in our studio to produce the best result.
Digital Restoration
Our print scan services include minor touching up and color correction. If prints have faded with age we can restore most of the lost contrast. If a print has yellowed over the years we can generally restore it to its original color or B&W appearance or preserve the color cast true to your print.
We also offer digital restoration services. This includes digitally repairing major damage to prints, removing spots, stains or water damage and intensive color correction. This service is billed on an hourly basis and requires an estimate based on condition of your print.

Prints are scanned at premium resolution and saved as highest quality JPEG files. Final resolution depends on size of original print.
