True Analog Prints of Your Film Negatives
Like most labs, we run a full slate of printing services. Unlike most labs, our printing is done in a true optical, fully analog process. Using a Noritsu QSS-2301 (nicknamed "Nora") or a Copal ML-300II (known as 'Ray') minilab printer, we project light through your negative, onto Type C photo paper which is then chemically developed into a tangible, fully analog optical print of your film. These analog prints are the truest representation of your analog film negatives.
The experience of optical printing can be best compared to listening to music on vinyl - there is a depth and richness to optical printing that digital printing simply cannot replicate.

Every print we make for you is individually corrected for perfect color balance and density. All prints go through a quality check and are then hand spotted to remove any dust spots from the final print. We treat every one of your exposures as its own work of art, be they simple family photos or stunning landscapes.
Size and Border Options
We offer a range of print sizes and border options. Our "house print" for 35mm is a 5x6in print with a nice white border surrounding the image. We can do this print with either a clean or sloppy border. We also offer the more traditional 4x6in print size.
Medium format prints have a single standard print size that is based on the format of your camera. 6x4.5, 6x7 and 6x9 negatives are printed with a clean border, while 6x6 negatives can be printed with a clean or sloppy border.
We also offer optical enlargements of your film negatives up to 12x18 inches in size!
